FAQ sections will be introduced across our Support Apps
We are excited to announce an enhancement in our support services. Starting November 15th, 2023, we will be introducing FAQ sections across various Support Apps in waves.
Affected Areas: Knowledge Base, Chat and Ticket Creation Forms, the Support Center App.
Change Description: Implementation of FAQ sections for quick access to answers.
- Users can now access quick answers to common queries directly within the support apps.
- Improved efficiency in issue resolution with readily available information.
Additional Information: In the event that users have more specific questions or require further assistance, they retain the option to raise a ticket with our Support Team.
We believe that this enhancement will significantly contribute to a smoother and more efficient support experience for our users.
