Document Decimal Places and Rounding Mode Specifications

    0 0 Created on 2026-02-13 02:23:23; Last updated on 2026-02-13 02:28:30

Numerical values in Tradeshift documents are maintained up to the third decimal place.

Any digits beyond the fourth decimal place are processed according to the rounding method configured for each country.

As a workaround, it is possible to handle this by using smaller units, for example.

Regarding the rounding mode, the following options are available for numerical rounding:

    • Banker’s Rounding
    • UP
    • CEILING
    • DOWN
    • FLOOR
    • NONE (No Rounding)

In the Japan environment, the default rounding mode is DOWN.

This setting cannot be changed individually.
